Where is Kalahari Plains Camp: Place: Kalahari Plains Camp is located in the Central Kalahari Game Reserve in Botswana.  This place is teeming with wildlife and has some fascinating desert dwelling creatures that are often out of the plains.  The camp lies on an immense pan, and has vast herds of antelope followed by abundant predators – including the legendary black-maned Kalahari lions. A fantastic green season summer option it offers some of the best summer wildlife viewing in Africa. We absolutely love the Kalahari and this camp is highly rated by Sensational Africa.

Accommodation: There are eight canvas units, one of which is a family unit.  These great lodges all have a star bed on top so you can sleep under the starry skies of the Kalahari.  An incredible experience.  The camp features a pool area where you can relax during siesta time.  All the units have sweeping views of the wildlife rich plains and the waterhole in front.
